Lucy Kellaway is one of my favourite columnists. For those of you who dont know her, she is a popular British columnist on Financial Times and her columns are witty and is especially known for her jabs at management fads/jargons. It takes a deviation from the classical way of looking at work as something that is done as a means to sustain yourself financially to one that is an absolute must.
